  一、油气分离芯本身是不会燃烧着火,必须有附带条件是火种和助燃气体才会燃烧着火。
  二、油气分离芯所产生的静电并不会容易产生火种,因为压缩空气穿过玻纤后是产生静电,静电要散到压缩机的外壳处才能起作用,它的作用是吸附很小很小在不规则运动的细小油颗粒在纤维上,越吸越多就产生大油颗粒,利用油的重量比空气的重量重就下降到油气分离芯的低部,重新回到润滑系统上。这样是一种布朗运动。如果静电散不走的就不能起到布朗运动的原理,所以油气分离芯的垫片上要加导电片的原因,所以静电并不是燃烧着火的原因。
